Meet Dr. Brittney Hughes

Dr. Brittney Hughes is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate with a passion for helping patients achieve their highest level of health and function. Since earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, she has dedicated her career to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout the Vero Beach community.

Dr. Hughes has extensive training and experience in the evaluation, documentation, and treatment of personal injury cases, helping patients recover from auto accidents and other traumatic injuries. She knows how being injured in an accident can cause chaos in peoples lives, so she has perfected the healing process to assure every patient is treated based on their exact complaints.

Dr. Hughes is committed to identifying the root cause of pain and dysfunction while creating customized treatment plans designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.

After years of serving patients in Vero Beach, Dr. Hughes founded Spinal Health Center with a vision of creating Vero Beach’s first and only elite spinal care center; a practice where patients receive individualized attention, thorough evaluations, and compassionate care in a welcoming environment. She believes healthcare should be focused on the patient, not the schedule, and strives to ensure every person feels heard, valued, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

Spinal Health Center was built on a simple philosophy: “Putting the Health Back into Healthcare.” Dr. Hughes believes that true healthcare should focus not only on relieving symptoms, but also on improving function, educating patients, and helping them achieve long-term wellness.
